We warmly invite you to join us at the Regional IPMHA Hui 2024, to be held at the University of Auckland Grafton Campus, September 3rd 2024. This is a time for all those involved with Tu Whakaruruhau to come together, share learnings and celebrate the development of the Integrated Primary Mental Health & Addiction programme in the Auckland Region.

Grafton train station is a 5 minute walk from the venue and there are a number of bus stops nearby. Please check Auckland Transport for more info.
Parking
There is no parking at the venue. Public parking is available at Auckland Hospital (although very limited) and there are a number of Wilson car park areas not far from the venue but they are often full. Please plan ahead and allow lots of extra time to find and pay for parking.

Catering will be provided throughout the day. There is also a cafe open onsite and a number or food establishments within a 5minutes walk. While we will cater to as many allergies and special diet requests as possible, if you are following a very detailed and individual eating plan and your dietary requirements are outside of what is listed on the registration form, we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Event cancellation or postponement
We may need to cancel or postpone the hui due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Due to the nature of the event, it may be reasonable to postpone the event to a later year and/or to change the location. Registered participants will be contacted by email if/when any changes are made.
Health and safety requirements
All participants at the hui will be required to comply with any Health and Safety Guidelines and protocols in place with the venues and the hui which will be aligned and compliant with all relevant government health advice. Details of any relevant protocols and requirements will be communicated to delegates who will be bound by these requirements.
Photography / Video
The Tu Whakaruruahu Regional IPMHA Hui is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit anyone from photographing or video or audio-taping some hui activities. Additionally, organisers may arrange for photos to be taken during the hui and published in future Tu Whakaruruhau communications. Attendees who prefer their images are neither taken nor published in any format, have the ability to object by sending an email request to [email protected]
